Lori Hemphill was born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa. She attended St. Columbkille’s Elementary school, Wahlert Catholic High School and Clarke College (now Clarke University) where she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Biology.
After graduating college, she moved to the Chicagoland area to be closer to extended family. She moved to Naperville in 2010 following a job opportunity and quickly learned it was a wonderful city to live. Miss Hemphill and her son were new to the school last year. They immediately felt welcomed into the community of families and faculty. Miss Hemphill enjoyed any opportunity to volunteer when help was needed in the classroom or in the lunchroom. This year, she is excited to be joining as a teacher’s aide.
