Bridget Dingens has joyfully returned home to be part of the Saints Peter and Paul School community, both as a teacher and an alumna. As a graduate of Saints Peter and Paul in 2009, she is looking forward to giving back to the school that helped shape her foundation in faith and learning.
Ms. Dingens graduated from Benet Academy in 2013, and then from Miami University in Ohio in 2017, where she developed her passion for education and lifelong learning. Ms. Dingens will be beginning her ninth year of teaching in the Catholic schools system, and brings dedication, creativity, and a deep commitment to nurturing the whole child. She believes in creating a classroom environment where students feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow academically and spiritually. Ms. Dingens feels blessed to be guiding second graders through such an important year, especially as they prepare for the Reconciliation and First Communion, deepening each student’s relationship with God.
Ms. Dingens is getting married at the end of July, making her the future Mrs. Sunyog. She and her husband Kevin will be living in Downers Grove with their dog Ellie. On the weekends, Miss Dingens enjoys walking her dog, reading on her front porch, and playing any and all racquet sports with her friends!
Ms. Dingens is looking forward to another wonderful year at Saints Peter and Paul!
